Payment methods
Our online shop accepts payments using PayPal and credit cards. You can choose your preferred method of payment at the end of the order process. We do not accept cash payments, either directly or by post.

N.B.: This online shop operates from the European Union and, as such, all transactions are in Euro. If you pay in another currency, it will be converted using the exchange rate of the day in which the purchase is made. There is no extra charge for currency conversion.

Credit cards 
The Follador Prosecco online shop accepts payment by cards belonging to the VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Laser Card and Maestro circuits. The payment takes place on a secure server (SSL) with a 128-bit encryption key. With this system, all your credit card details are sent directly to the bank in charge of collecting payment using a secure, encrypted connection. Neither staff at Col dei Franchi o.o.d. nor any other individual on the Internet has access to your credit card details either during or after the order process. The order is processed as soon as the amount is authorised from your card.

PayPal 
PayPal allows any company or consumer who has an email address to send and receive payments in a safe, secure manner. Clicking on the "Pay with PayPal" link will take you to PayPal’s secure website. Once there, if you already have a PayPal account, you just authorise payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register free of charge and enter your credit card details (prepaid cards are also accepted). Using PayPal for online payments is safe and free.
