Pale straw-yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. Intense, delicate and immersive aroma with a great persistence, revealing floreal, golden apple and pear fruit hints.
The wine is obtained from the separate vinification with soft pressing of the Glera, later followed by the static decanting and fermentation at 16-18°C with selected yeasts for the Glera grapes. The secondary fermentation is done following the Charmat method for a total of 60 days.
Great as apertivo, ideal with white meat and fish, gracefully accompanies a compleat meal. Lively taste, fresh and elegant, balanced, with a great aromatic persistence. Such as for the nose, at first nice fruit tastes emerge, followed from delicate whispers od yeasts. The taste is dry and pleasant, given from the slight residual sugar.
