Soft shiny apricot pink color with a thin and persistent perlage. Intense scent, delicate and immersive with a great persistence, pleasant and fragrant with delicate notes of cherry e small red fruits.
The wine is obtained from the separate vinification with soft pressing of the Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, later followed by the static decanting and fermentation at 18°C with selected yeasts for the Glera grapes and lastly from the maceration in the red wine for the Pinot Noir. The coupage of the wines for creating the Rosè base is done before the 2nd fermentation in the autoclave by the Charmat method that lasts a total of 60 days.
Light, soft and balanced taste. It results fresh and fruity, with a great aromatic persistence. A perfect match between the nose and the taste, the red fruit returns predominant in the taste. Great pleasentness, slightly lovable. Food pairing Great accompanying for fresh cheese and fish dishes, first dishes and soups. Perfect as aperitivo.
